« Reply #14 on: Dec 9th, 2003, 08:55am By: MAC »I bought 'Lichtspielhaus' last Saturday (Dec. 6th) and it's F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C-
Of course all the videos on it are great (esp. Sonne, Ich will, Engel, Du riechst so gut version 1998), but what I really enjoyed was the 'making of' part on the DVD. All those interviews with our great guys! They have sensible things to say about what Rammstein is all about, but there's also a lot of humour in their comments. (Till L. : you are my god!) And all the people involved in the making of the videos also make their comments : directors, scenarists, photographers,.. The Rammstein-boys in action on filmsets, watching and commenting on the rushes, struggling with the wolf-contact lenses in the Du riechst so gut-clip, .. :
The guys seem so approachable, so human, full of humour, so dedicated in the things they do. After seeing this DVD, my respect has grown once again.
The concert highlights are fantastic too. LAB, but also parts from Big Day out, the Velodrom-concert, etc. A nice extra is the TV-trailer. Ok, not so informative, but nice pictures and very original.
In short : LICHTSPIELHAUS earns a 10 +!
