I won a $30 prize at a gig I went to a few wks ago for a tattoo! The only thing is that I don't really want one but my hubby has been wanting one forever. He is getting one on his upper arm (near shoulder) of his German (mothers) emblem! It's shields of his family history of his mothers background. It won't be big but it'll be about 5 inches both ways. I don't think you should get too big of a tattoo cos you might wanna add some more later! That tattoo is awesome btw, I've seen a few bikers around here (the Hells Angels) have that same tattoo and they're cool!

It is (15 cm X 10 cm) The Eagle has the logo in its claws ;D

one is on my back, upper shldr blade area...it is the Good Ole State of Texas with a yellow rose going thru it. The other one is on my ankle, of a TIGER (hear me RRRROOOAAARRRR) running in grass. If I am wear shorts around mother dear...I wear socks to cover. She hates tattoos....And I really don't want to give her something else to nag about. 32 yrs old, and I have heard enough.

Ok, I have to confess now, I have 2 tats, one on my upper left arm (a Chinese symbol that means a 'long life', but I really have my doubts if it works) the other one on my right leg (just above my ankle), it's a kind of monster (you know like those things on the edge of a castle which spit water, a sort of fountain) that looks a bit like a vampire. I want more tats but I am bit afraid that I can't stop. I really don't want to end like a comic book! Sometime I worry : 'how will these tats look when I'm 80 or so?' (that is when the Chinese tattoo really works!

Last Friday my hubbie and me made an appointment for a new tattoo (still have to wait untill end of March next year). He will have a tribal on his leg and my monster-tattoo will have a extension (also with little monsters which will look like they are made of stone).
The tattooist we go to is a woman who makes great, personal designs. Very curious about the final design.
