Ohhh toughy question, lol. Well setting aside my lust here, lol...I'd have to give the whole band credit for creating what Rammstein does best...utmost talent in there style of music!!! Here's my diff on each member...
Till = Vocals that only he can pull off! Deep German accent that grasps me & makes me yearn for more! Riveting, Powerful, Yet melodic which is tantalising to the ears! His ability to uplift the crowd with his non-stop energy the way he does is what a frontman should do!
Richard = With the years find his guitar playing more serious & I love that! The riff's in Los', Links 234 near the end are what I like hearing more of! His presence on-stage for the ladies is a must, lol. His will to smile, yet be serious & from what I've seen/read about him, be the backbone to the dedication is awesome! Not that the rest of the band isn't as dedicated! His strive to make the band stand out still is what I love about Richard! Also that he's using more accoustics in his work. Awesome!!!
Christoph = What a percussionist!!! Drumming is my fav. instrument & a big must in a band. If the drummer is shatty, I won't listen to the band. Christoph has always intrigued me with his style & to see him on-stage in person on that smaller kit, pelting out songs the way he did, WOW! He's a very tall man in person compared to me btw, LOL...so that intrigued me also that he could get on that kit & play the way he does with his height! His personality is always so nice & his appearance/clothes on/off-stage is awesome style! Needs to learn to speak English a bit more
but the will to always smile when meeting the people whom put him all over the planet is what I love about him too! Thanks Christoph!Christian (Flake) = The root of this band in many ways. There aren't too many bands in North America that play synthesizer's anymore & when they do, it's Nothing compared to Flake! He might not be the hottie of the group ladies but he definately has carisma on-stage. If he goes, remember what the band always has stated...There'd be no more Rammstein. Eeeks. Well the sound wouldn't be the same without Flake so nuff_sed. His will to be weird is also unique on-stage. Gimmicks are always fun aren't they, lol. CraZy shat that he does for us live has to be respected. Buch Dich, lol, the dinghy, the famous dance, popping out of Mein Teil's cooking pot, etc etc!
Ollie = Awesome bass player. Without good bass in a band, there's no interest for me either! Ollie has this sweet look about him which he tries to get a meaner look at times but can't pull off, lol. His stage presence isn't accredited enough in my opinion. He needs to do more stuff like he did at the Nottingham Arena this past Feb. 7th...Get in the dinghy (like Flake did in Live Aus Berlin) & stroll the crowd more! That was super CoOL. Glad to see him mingling with the crowd. In pictures off the net of fans with him, he's everywhere in pics. That shows me that he's appreciative with the fans & I respect him for that.
Paul = Ahhh last but not least we have guitarist Paul. Now if I was a guitarist, I could tell the difference between him playing & Richard but seeing as it doesn't matter here....The band wouldn't sound the same without either of them so (Thumbs Up)...When talking to him, found that (assuming) he was overwhelmed from touring already & was wanting to know more about me than talking band stuff. Found that interesting! He was such a handsome man in person as I've never seen him in this light on the net pics. Always love a person that smiles & can't find too many pics on the net of Paul actually smiling, LOL. From pics on the net, I've seen this man have many differen't hairdo's, etc but his style in clothing has always remained the same. Love the hippish look! He's quite short in person as I am shorter than him but that day I was wearing high boots, lol. The only thing I could say to Paul again in person would be Thank-You for the time & that I gave him respect for not bothering him for too long! Needs to chill a bit more though when fans wanna talk about his work! Winks at my goodfriend Karenm!

THEY ARE WHAT MAKES THE BAND AS TJ PUT IT YUMMY FOR THE LADIES EYEVIEW BUT THE SINGING IS 
Seemed CoOL enough to let me just walk up & ask to shake his hand, talk, etc
