I heard that they were going to put un-released stuff in the box set, such as live recordings and also a live dvd.

First let me apologize for the error messages people have been receiving from this list over the past few days, and thank you to everyone who has emailed me about this. Due to the number of emails I have received from people about this I am unable to reply to you all personally.
I have investigated the reason for these error messages, and it appears to be caused by some users out there who are members of this list being infected by viruses. Can I take this opportunity to ask everyone to ensure that they have an up to date virus scanner installed on their machines. Many viruses currently use email addresses they find in your email program when they infect your computer, and they use these email addresses as the From Address when sending out virus emails in an attempt to mask the identity of the sender.
This JudasPriest.com Discussion List is a moderated email list, which means that I (jpweb@judaspriest.com) am the only person allowed to post to the list. The problem that has occurred over the past few days with the error emails being sent to this list is that virus emails have been sent using the address list@judaspriest.com as the From Address, and these emails have been bounced back to the JudasPriest.com mail servers. The Mail Server has then been rejecting the email as not coming from a valid email address, and bounces back the error message to the From Address, which results in the error message being sent to everyone on the Mailing List – a bug in the mail server software we use. I am looking at alternatives to work around this problem, and hopefully I won’t be forced to close this list down because of this problem.

It has come to our attention that yet again someone is trying to sell non official Judas Priest product and making out it is official. Someone who calls themself Zoom439 is trying to sell on Ebay an album entitled 'The Complete Remastered Bonus Tracks' - this is not a certified release and will probably only be a burned CDR of copyrighted material - it is illegal!! We have taken action and have Sony's legal people onto this so please do not waste your money on this inferior product. We see all the time so called 'original' autographed items of the band for sale and most of the time these are not genuine. Be careful!! [glow=red,4,500]JUDAS PRIEST...[/glow]11th February, 2004

:-/well people do that kind of thing....I for one will NOT be buying the box set.................
I have had the vhs of the concert and it is awesome beleave me wonderful concert one of the best I have seen kicks major bottom......but they had the chance and I said this on the jp boards to......they had a great chance to make it awesome and every fans dream instaed they play safe there's only 3 songs you may not have heard demo's etc and a book let with photo's in......in a studded box...............Now you know me and my Priest for many years since I was 16 loved them huge part of my life as a band and music wise........but I can some how feel that there just not doing enough to satisfy the fans and Jayne Andrews can kiss my f****** ass.........dumb bitch(I never use that word sorry).....but it's really getting to me how they are just putting out rehashed crap to the fans yes I am buying but the box set the final straw..........got all the songs well not timmy's thank god.......phot's I can't play and the demo songs will be on the net withing weeks.........

Is There Speculation As To How Much $$$ This Box-Set Will Cost Us In Canada?
I Will More Than Likely Buy The Box-Set As I Don't Have Any Of There Stuff (Only On Vinyl) & A Few Songs On Mp3's! I Was Personally Very Disappointed With Electric Eye As I Expected Them To Upgrade The Dvd To Full 5.1 DTS But Hoping That This Is There 30th Anniversary Year, They'll Dummy Up & Record More Live Gigs For DVD. Jeesh, Ripper Was Good & I Feel They Didn't Give Him Enough Respect For Keeping JP Alive Over The Many Yrs By Putting Out Better Live Dvd's!
Also, I've Gone In The JP Chats A Few Times This Week But Not Only Is It Too Technical BUT No One's Ever In There Now   ! I Was Of Course Hoping To Catch Either Dex, Troll, Gaz, Hellion (Ed Hunter In Here), Havoc, Etc But NOPE  !

ANNOUNCE OZZFEST DATES! Judas Priest are very pleased to announce that they will be joining Ozzy Osbourne for the US Ozzfest 2004 which starts on 10th July and goes through until the beginning of September. This will of course be the first reunion dates that the band will be playing in America with the original line up of Rob Halford, Glenn Tipton, K.K. Downing, Ian Hill and of course Scott Travis!
Until now we had not been able to confirm that we were doing the Ozzfest as we had been asked by Ozzy & Co. to keep it quiet until after the official press conference – so naturally we respected that!!
