Being a song writer I like most kinds of music as long as it is well written and thought off and the lyrics mean something......
this rap has seen it's day so many sounding all the same diss this diss that....
female singers there are a lot going around...
fav female singer has to be Dawn Robinson(formally with envogue) her voice melts me .the she went and done r and b.still what great voice very underated.
Michelle branch on the song with Santana should have been massive awesome sounding song........
the lighter side of rock bands with awesome talent......

I love listening to the Outfield.........been a fan since the first album not metal but do have a pop rock feel to them the guys got one hell of a good voice......
and Robert palmer.excellent song writer put me in the mood to read a good book if I had any....

Just to name a few: Pantera, Rammstein (of course),Alice in chains, queens of the stone age, red hot chili peppers, Audioslave, Metallica, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, etc etc.
I don't really listen to much music outside of rock/metal though.
Call me limited but thats what i listen to.

My preference is country music. My favorite band is Rascal Flatts! They are YUMMY!!! Then, I would have to say I am a big fan of [glow=red,2,300]George Strait[/glow] He is THE MAN!! So Sexy! Then there is Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw, Chris LeDoux, Reba McEntire, JoDee Messina (AWESOME!), Sara Evans....so many to list. I could go on and on. But, those are just a few that are really good! Any of you heard of them? If so, what do you think of the ones I named?

Big country fan here and YES George Strait is fine.
Montgomery/Gentry is the top of my country list for now their new song HELL YEAH is xcellent and it doesn't hurt that Montgomery is so hot he makes me pant 
I also like George Jones, Shania Twain, Patsy Cline, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Steve Earl, Kenny Chesney, Little Texas.. guess I should stop now.
Then there are the old favorites that never die
Motley Crue: Ive seen them 5 times in concert and gone back stage( Yes, Tommy Lee has kissed these lips)
Scorpions, Judas Priest, AC/DC, Ratt, Poison, Van Halen, Sammy Hagar,Whitesnake.. and here I go again.
Anyway I LOVE it all can even stand some rap Sir mix Alot comes to mind. And the soft rock that made all the girls cry Styx and Air Supply.
Am very curious now about Rammstein and will be trying to check them out. TJ says they're a german band so now I'm in search of and will comment at a later date.
Soooo Rock on like ya like too and keep posting new things so I can expand my horizons
