Where did you hear this info Corkman? That's interesting! That's gonna take away from his touring time though! Is the kids show in German only and also in Germany?

Thursday, December 25, 1:35 PM - ARD
Monday, December 29, 1:00 PM - NDR-Fernsehen
It is the story of a penguin who is brought to Germany from Antarctica. He apparently knows the way to some pirate treasure and is being kept safe by a girl. She was given the penguin by her uncle, a marine biologist at a station in Antarctica. Three shady characters (including Till by the looks of it) are after the penguin because they want the treasure. That leads them on a hunt for the girl and the penguin throughout Cologne, Bremen, and Bremerhaven.
It's basically an adventure movie for kids. But it should be interesting for Rammstein fans to see Till's acting! More information can be found online at Nordmedia.de (in German).

I taped it! I have to admit that I was not really impressed by it (storyline sucked, very predictable, ..) But ofcourse for kids it must have been an exciting movie. And that penguin was absolutley adorable  The locations; however were great, esp. the one in the ice-cave, etc. I gave special attention to the scenes Till appeared in ;D. He played a very stupid, clumsy vilain, who always ended up in silly situations and most of the time had the expression of a puppy who had been kicked by his boss. It was not a big role, he only appeared in a few scenes. I liked the fact that Till, with his cool image, had the courage to play a role like this. For me, this shows that he doesn't take himself so seriously like many people seem to think. The guy has a sense of humour! |
