I HAVE OFFICIALLY LOST SOOOO MUCH WEIGHT HAHAHA JUST KIDDIN ;d SERIOUSLY PEOPLE DOES EVERYONE COOK LARGE MEALS OR EAT TAKEOUT? When you have a family of two or plus, takeout gets expensive, I cook a lot, I'll have to think of some recipies that are fast and yummy for you...I once was a university student too....kraft diner.....arghhhhhh...... Here's a quick recipie: Chicken breast in Yum-Yum juice...(don't knockit till you try it) You know those sweet pickles you get in jars? SAVE THAT JUICE... Take 2-4 boneless chicken breast, put in a deep frying pan and pour pickle juice on top, pour enough to cover the chicken, add one cup of water, some of your favorite spices, mine are lemon and herbs, and put a lid on it. The chicken will "broil" and once the water and juice is gone, you can fry the chicken until golden brown.. Makes a really yummy meal! You can make fettucini noodles with it, rice, patatoes, french fries, etc... It takes a total of 45 minutes from beginning to end to make. Enjoy.

One of my favourites : an oven-dish with cauliflower, minced meat and tomatoes (4 persons)
Clean one small cauliflower and cut it into pieces. Put them into a big and high oven-dish.
Mix about 800 grams of minced meat with an egg, an onion (cut into small pieces), 2 tbs. of bread-crumb, black pepper, salt, 1 coffeespoon of parsley.
Put this on the cauliflower (smear it like butter). Pour 2 deciliter of light, liquid cream over it.
Take a big can (about 600 grams) of chopped tomatoes and mix it with 2 tablespoons of basil, some pepper and salt. Pour it over the minced meat. Put 3 or 4 little pieces of butter over the dish.
Preheat the oven on 200-220 °C. Put the dish in it for 60 minutes but make sure you cover the dish after 15 minutes.
Tastes great with mashed potatoes or couscous.
You can add more vegetables into the chopped tomatoes : carrots, onions, peppers, etc.

Filled veal : delicious and easy.
You need (for 2 persons) :
* 2 veal-steaks (about 2 cms) * soft white cheese with garlic and herbs (the one you can also use on bread) * liquid cream(low-fat) or the soya-variant * butter * tagliatelli * tomato-sauce * salad * pepper and salt
Make an 'incision ' in the veal-steak (like a sort of 'enveloppe') so you can fill it with the cheese. Use toothpicks to close the steaks. Spice them with pepper and salt. Melt some butter in a frying-pan and bake the veal-steaks on a soft fire. Turn the steaks after a few minutes. Meanwhile you cook the tagliatelli and wash the salad. Add some light cream (or a soya-variant) to the veal. Let the sauce thicken a bit. Taste and add some more salt and peper when required. Heaten the tomato-sauce. When the tagliatelli is redy, pour after the water and add some oil or butter and stir. Add the tomato-sauce to the pasta. Ready!

THIS SOUNDS YUMMY AS HELL NOT SURE WHAT THIS INGREDIENT IS THOUGH (tagliatelli) BUT WILL ASK MY MOM I LIKE GETTING NEW IDEAs FOR FOOD (SUPPER) JUST CAUSE ITs NOT SO BORING THEN HERE IS ONE FOR Y'ALL THEY ARE YUMMY CRISPY HASHBROWNS
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb - Russet Baking Potatoes (peeled & grated)
3 Tbsp - Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper (as desired taste)
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
Large Stick-Free Frying Pan (at least a 9" diameter bottom)
Potato Ricer PREPARATIONS: Heat (3 Tbsp's of olive oil) in a large stick-free frying pan on medium high heat.
While the pan is heating, use a potato ricer much like you would a garlic press & press out as much moisture as you can from the grated potatoes. If you don't have a ricer, you can use paper towels to absorb some of the moisture from the grated potatoes, but it doesn't work nearly as well.
When the oil heats up to the point of shimmering, but not smoking, add the grated potatoes. Spread the potatoes out along the bottom of the pan. They should not be too thick in any one place, no more than (1/2 inch thick). Sprinkle some salt & pepper on the poatoes. After a few minutes, lift up one edge of the potatoes & see how done they are. When they have fried to a golden brown they are ready to flip. Use a large spatula to flip the potatoes over all at once, or divide the large potato cake into halves or quarters & flip.
Again, when golden brown, they are ready to serve. SERVES (4) FOUR
NOTE:
IF YOU ARE FEEDING KIDS; TINKER WITH THE RECIPE TO GET MORE OUT OF IT
