For me, The Chinese Wok is one of the most fantastic inventions in Cooking-History... Eg: Today, I just took a bit of Chicken, A few Scampi's, About 500 gr's of Vegetables - Broccoli, Onion, Carrots, Peppers, Cuccumber, Spring Onions & about 200 gr's.
Wok-ready 'Mie', A few Spices like Pepper, Ginger, Curry, Sweet n' Sour Sauce & a bit of Oil. First put the pieces of Chicken into the heatened Oil (stir until it gets brown a bit), Then a bit of Warm Water & the Mie, Then the Vegetables & The Scampi's, A bit of Seasoning & the last step is the Sauce.
Always good in Chinese Wok-Recipes: Mushrooms, Thin slice of an Omellette & Crab...[/b][/size]

Anyway here is a fantastic shrimp-recipe : (four persons)
-24 scampi -6 slices of Italian prosicutto like Parma -2 dl light cream -2 tablespoons tomato-puree -3 tablespoons butter -1 piece of garlic -2 tablespoons of parsley -black pepper
Peel the scampi. Cut the Parma into 24 pieces, and wrap it around the scampi. Heat the butter in a fryingpan and put the scampi in it, turn them after a minute. Squeeze the garlic into little pieces and put it in the pan together with a bit of pepper. Fry for 2 minutes. Take the scampi out and keep them warm. Put 1 tablespoon of water in the pan and stir. Add the cream and the tomato-puree, and let it boil gently so it becomes a sauce. Put the scampi back in and let them warm a bit. Put the parsley over it and serve with French sticks or tagliatelli and a green salad.

Tagliatelli (or spaghetti) with salmon : (4 plates)
-tagliatelli (or spaghetti) for 4 -1 onion chopped in pieces -2 dl. unsweetened cream (low-fat, for sauces) -200 grams of smoked salmon in little strips -200 grams of mushrooms (sliced, fresh or a can) -2 tablespoons of butter -black pepper -100 grams of smoked bacon in little dices
Bake the oninonpieces in the butter for a few minutes (may not turn brown, only glazy). Add the cream and half of the salmon. This has to boil for a minute or two (small fire). Mix this, add a bit of peper. Cook the tagliateli or spaghetti. Meanwhile you bake the bacon in a bit of butter. Remove the grease and add the mushrooms (fresh mushrooms need a bit more time) and bake a few minutes more. Pour off the pasta and mix it with the sauce, the bacon-mushroom mixture and the rest of the salmon. Serve with bread and a fresh salad. You don't have to add the bacon if you don't want to.Important : don't add salt in this dish, the salmon is already salty enough.

Ingredients: (Omit What You Don't Like) Except For The Eggs... Add Anything Else You May Like Eg: Shrimp, Celery, Etc...
Half A Cup Each Of;
Cutup Lunchmeat (Ham, etc), Chopped Onion, Chopped Green Pepper, Sliced Mushrooms, Cheese (Grated), Milk,
Roughly Tsp. Each Of Salt n' Pepper, Qtr Cup Of Butter For The Pan, About 8 - 10 Eggs (If You're Making Large Omellette) Note: Cut All Ingredients In Half For A Small Omellette.
Mix All Ingredients In A Bowl & Whisk Together...
Preheat Pan On Medium With Butter & Then Add Mixture...
Cook Until The Bottom & The Sides Are Cooked! Then Put In Oven On Middle Rack & Set To Broil Until The Top Is Golden Brown....
(This Way You Don't Have To Flip It & Make A Mess) Enjoy!
