Major league competitive team sports? I'm vastly apathetic... but I'd just like to say the Stampeders are almost as queer as that breakfast cereal that looks like little nuggets of poop. I think we all know what kind I'm talking about.

(Nov. 16th of 2003)...

Anyhow, our football team kicked BC's butt this past weekend, wahooo. The Labour Day weekend game here with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers was supposedly great as usual but we lost, lol. Our city was full of football fans everywhere. Partying and going nuts in the streets. Every hotel/motel/etc was booked solid. My sisters oldmans band Grimstone played the pre-game concert. Hopefully, we get in the finals seeing as the Big GreyCup is here in our city. Our team is the Saskatchewan Roughriders ... Hmmmm, well we'll see if we can pull off this cup this time around... Last Big GreyCup win for us was in 1989 here in the city and the streets were wild with fans galore. Be nice for my boys to see this !!!

Over 50,000 PPL'll Be In My Little City For The GreyCup In A Little Less Than A Month ;D

Not One Hotel/Motel/Etc Vacant That Week Either. Their's Problems Now With Accomodating About 700 PPL That Have Booked Rooms In A Hotel That Isn't Near Being Finished In-Time For The Greycup ...PPL Are Litterly Opening Their Homes To Strangers For This Greycup...

MAN OH MAN THE PARTIES'LL BE HAPPENING IN MY CITY, WAHOOOOO! MY SISTERS OLDMAN'S BAND

Today they're guineapigging all of us with the new seats they put in for the Greycup next month. They're will be 50,000 ppl at todays game cos they gave away free tickets for this game to see how the seats work

I'm afraid I'm not into football, soccer or any other sports. The only thing I like to watch sometimes is F1-racing (Schumacher!) and 'moto-cross' (I'm not sure how this is in called in English, it's racing with motorbikes on dirttracks, in different categories 125, 250 or 500 cc). The world champion (in all 3 categories!) is Stefan Everts (oh yes a Belgian guy
BTW, all that fuss about those two Belgian tennis players (Kim Clijsters and Justine Henin) is stupid (well that's what I think).

A little history lesson for you TJ so pay attention I said pay attention,,

we the english invented a game long long ago and called it football.(the beautiful game) now along come the americans if they didin't invent it they will call it something else so they never knew what englich football was and still don't .they would not play rugby because theres no protection for the players that is a hard game so they wear half a ton of padding theses guys are really on 4 ft 2 but anyway they called it football.........so the canadians being more or use more american says phrases and stuff would call it football...

I have interest in it at all I am sorry to say.....I am english and will remain that way brought up on the beautiful game not the soccer the yankees had to call it once again the canadains done the same .........which is cool.
the British invented a game called rounders long ago the americans again changed it's name to bass ball.........
so if your looking for the inventors of games the british invented two that the bloody yankeees can't accept and changed the name of it.lession over..... ;D
