I would just like the say that our school system today has some really serious f*** ups  . A teacher told me to give a complete dickhead of a kid a piece of paper, and of course if I don't like them I shouldn't have to do it, So I refused, and she sent me outside, then they tried to suspend me for not following teachers instructions  , I mean what type of bull$hit is that, I was pressured by teachers to give out my own property to people who aren't even gonna try and do work, and then I couldn't do my work, when I was working fine until the teacher asked me  . As soon as I find a civil rights book somewhere I won't have to take this crap. ;D use your brains instead of guns  |

Does anybody know how to get teachers removed? My maths teacher has no clue about teaching and she says the the text books are wrong and she can't even do simpe subtraction I am really desperate and would be really gratful if anybody could help me. Please  |

Please Hey Corkman, Sounds like you are not getting along with this specific teacher...which probably doesn't make going to that class easy. There are many teachers in this world who do not know how to teach their material, they come of out of college or universities thinking that they know it all but in fact they barely have the experence which makes it hard on the students. IF the text books are wrong, SHE is the one responsible for the curriculum, therefore it would be up to her to take the necessary steps to ensure that HER students have the correct text books (right year, right edition, etc.) I am not sure about the laws in Australia regarding education so as for removing her...I can't see the school getting rid of her unless she committs a hainess crime such as sexual advances towards a student or hitting (in which you would need more than one witness), or making a student fail over and over again (also in which would have to be proven with a whole lot of facts). My advice... What you should do Corkman, is to find out what YOUR rights as a student are at your school. You may or may not have rights, as I said, it depends on your type of education or school system, and take it from there. If your system is like ours in Canada, you DO have rights...good luck kiddo. |

hmmmm, well as I said, all I need is a civil rights book and we have had 4-5 classes help file a partition against her and still nothing so its not just me who isn't getting along with her, its everybody she teaches, my understanding is that she never went through a teaching course  but im not sure about it  . But yeah its a toughy, as to how we are treated we don't have alot of rights as STUDENTS , but as citizens of Australia well thats a whole new thing and since its a public school (public areas) they can't take any of my rights away and they can't make rules which abstruct certain civil rights (muwhahaha) so maybe I can get detention off her and call it kidnapping for holding me against my free will ;D. One of my best friends has A.D.D and he tries so damn hard in class but if he does one little thing wrong, maybe even just having fun the teachers will send him out because they are scared he might do something , he is probably the smartest kid in my whole year group but he gets $hit all education because they don't want him in the classroom . And as for parents of dickhead kids, well lets just say I treat the arsehole parents the same way I treat anybody else I don't like 'Give em a mouthful' but aaaahhhh the nerve of some parents, blah blah blah but they have no idea that their kids are the ones being the little shit heads (well they probably do but yeah) Well im lucky TJ I have an awesome bus driver  |
